Why is my donation not showing on just giving?
As soon as you make a donation, we automatically send a donation receipt to the email you’ve given us. If you haven’t received a receipt, there’s a possibility that your email account has automatically treated it as spam, so it’s worth checking your spam folder to see if it’s in there.
Can you see who has viewed your just giving page?
You can view a full list of everyone that’s donated to your page from within your account. You’ll see their name, how much they’ve given and their email address, only if they’ve chosen to share it with you (even if they are anonymous on the page itself). Here’s where you’ll find this information: Log into your account.
Do you have to close a just giving page?
Log into your account and on the left hand side, click ‘Edit your page’ alongside the page you’d like to cancel. Head to “Settings” on the top of the screen then scroll down and click on ‘Cancel my Justgiving page’ and ‘Yes, cancel my page’.

Can you set up a just giving page for 2 charities?
Unfortunately, this means that we can’t split donations between two or more charities. You’ll only be able to fundraise for one charity per JustGiving Page. You can then join them together with a team page, giving your donors the choice of which charity they donate to.
Can you link just giving pages?
To successfully join a team, individuals must have a JustGiving fundraising page set up first. You will be directed to a page that lists all your fundraising pages. Click on ‘Add page’ to link your fundraising page to the team. Your page is now added to your company team.
How do I activate my Just Giving page?
To create a new page, visit https://crowdfunding.justgiving.com, click ‘Start fundraising’ and follow the steps through. If you get in touch, we can re-assign your old web address to any new pages so that you don’t have to share a new link with friends and family. You can find out how to extend your page here.
What is my Just Giving page address?
What is my web address? We’ll send this to you in an email once you’ve set the page up. You’ll also see it displayed at the top of your Fundraising Page in the internet address bar. This is the long white bar that runs all the way along the top of the screen.
Can I change my name on just giving?
You can update the name and postal address on your account whenever you like. Just log into your account and click on ‘Your Details’, or on ‘Your Account’ in the drop down menu in the top right. Click on ‘Edit’ next to whichever section you want to edit and make the changes you need.

If you would like to make tweaks to your Page, log into your account and click ‘Edit page’ at the top right side of your Crowdfunding Page. Here you can make changes to your target, Crowdfunding summary, bio, location, cover photo and story.
